We are currently undertaking a refurbishment project for Albert Walker Electrical which involves a central heating installation, two en-suite bathrooms, cloakroom, kitchen, and utility room.

For the heating services we are using Vaillant condensing boilers. We are installing a Vaillant 624 system boiler, and a Vaillant un-vented hot water cylinder, and radiators for the central heating.

The boiler installation will be in the Utility room, and the cylinder sited in a first floor airing cupboard.

This project is a welcome change from the usual commercial plumbing work that we do, and being in Thame, it is very close to our base in Oxford.

We are currently undertaking a refurbishment for Repair With Care, who offer services to the elderly for improvements to their homes to include boiler installation, condensing boilers, central heating installations, heating services, and bathroom refurbishments.

We are undertaking a conversion from an existing ground floor cloakroom, with adjacent study to a ground floor bedroom en-suite shower room. This work involves building alterations, tiling, and electrical work.

We are doing the plumbing alterations for the installation of a shower, basin, concealed wc, and central heating alterations to include two new radiators.

We have also arranged the building work, electrical wiring and supervising the works.

This is typical of the plumber work we do for RWC as local plumbers.

We installed a Mira Sport shower on Friday for Mrs Lilley. This is the sort of work we undertake as a plumber. We were very impressed with this shower as it had a pumped air option which made a conventional electric shower seem like a power shower. We normally undertake heating services, including central heating and boiler installations so this type of work was a nice change, although we do commercial plumbing on a regular basis.
